Here's a 30 second clip and minute long behind-the-scenes featurette from Marvel Entertainment's John Favreau-directed film, Iron Man 2. Things have been quiet in the world of Tony Stark since the full trailer debuted back in December... that is until this video, excuse me, I mean vidéo, popped up over at MSN France.
The video begins with a behind-the-scenes look at the Monaco race scene we've scene in the trailer which introduces Whiplash. Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), John Favreau, Mickey Rourke (Whiplash), and Scarlett Johannson (Black Widow) talk about their excitement for the scene, and the movie.
Following that is the 30 second clip, which has Tony Stark speaking French, and him visiting a very naked and handcuffed Whiplash. Stark doesn't appear to have the lacerations on his face we see after the car crash, so I assume this takes place before, and I assume Whiplash stages some kind of escape, and meant to be captured, like you see in this scene. (Those clips are then followed by the old trailer.)
Check out the vidéo and let us know what you think!
Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster film based on the legendary Marvel Super Hero "Iron Man", reuniting director Jon Favreau and Oscar nominee Robert Downey Jr. In "Iron Man 2", the world is aware that billionaire inventor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is the armored Super Hero Iron Man. Under pressure from the government, the press and the public to share his technology with the military, Tony is unwilling to divulge the secrets behind the Iron Man armor because he fears the information will slip into the wrong hands. With Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), and James “Rhodey” Rhodes (Don Cheadle) at his side, Tony forges new alliances and confronts powerful new forces.
