Wanted and Kick-Ass creator Mark Millar is developing a secret new superhero film that he plans to direct this coming summer. The movie is going to be an extremely low budget independently financed film that will feature a cast of unknown actors under 20 years of age. 

If Millar is looking at getting into the directors chair then this project seems a perfect for him to get his feet wet. This is a great way to learn about filmmaking without spending tons of money on a film. 

There isn't much information on the story other than it is an original concept that is set in Scotland, and revolves around a Scottish superhero. He explains that it will be "as different from Superman and X-Men as District 9 is from Star Wars."
