Watch the First 65-Minutes of TOY STORY 3 at College and New Trailers!

TrailerMovie Toy Story by Eli Reyes

In perhaps the most clever/cruel ways I've ever seen a studio promote a film, Disney will be visiting college campuses across the country during the month of April, and will be showing students the first 65 minutes of Pixar's Toy Story 3!!!!!! That's the longest trailer I've ever heard of... but there are shorter ones that reveal more lately.

The screenings are being called the Special Cliffhanger Edition of the film, which is being used to reintroduce/reunite the now older audience of the original films (it has been 15 years since the first and 11 since the last) to the franchise, to entice them to find out what happens at the end of the film when it hits theaters (in its complete form) on June 18th, 2010.

To sign up for the event at your campus, visit the Disney/Pixar Facebook Page. It's first-come, first-served, even if you RSVP. So you may have to skip a class or two. I think this is a great way to promote the film, and for those who have grown up with the films, and mirror the age of Andy who is going off to college in the film, this will hit home in more ways than one.

Everytime you you reload the FaceBook page, there are GREAT new trailers for the film. One is done in a horror-style security footage format, another that is like a car commercial, and one that shows Buzz and Woody instant messaging each other.
