New RED DEAD REDEMPTION Multiplayer Featurette

I don't know about you, but I'm really looking forward to Rockstar Games' new western video game Red Dead Redemption. The first game (Red Dead Revolver) was a lot of fun, and this sequel appears to improve on every aspect of the gameplay.

One of the major upgrades in this game is the implementation of a multiplayer mode. Rockstar has released a new video detailing their plan to expand the definition of a traditional multiplayer mode into a free open world version for Red Dead Redemption. This concepts sounds like it has some big implications for the future of multiplayer gaming across multiple platforms. I can't wait to ride through the Old West with my friends, wrecking people and exploring the seemingly huge territory available to the players. From everything I've seen so far, this game is poised to be one of my favorites of the year.
