Garth Ennis' CROSSED Headed To The Big Screen

Garth Ennis' 2008 ten-part comic book mini-series Crossed is being developed for the big screen.  Michael De Luca, Jason Netter and Kevin Spacey's Trigger Street Productions are helping in getting the picture off the ground. Ennis penned the script which is now making its rounds to directors.

Written by Ennis, Crossed follows survivors who are dealing with a zombie-like plague that causes its victims to carry out their most evil thoughts and wishes, including murder, rape, mutilation, arson, etc,,, Violence, you get it !

Avatar Press orginally published Crossed and then it was followed up by "Crossed: Family Values."

Personally I love these indie comics being made into movies, they are more violent, gritty, dark and are able to have the R rating that they deserve so it's not so watered down. With a huge name like Garth Ennis and Kevin spacey attaching his name and studio we might have the next big comic book to big screen hit!

So what do ya'll think? Ready or another violent comic book movie like Sin City?
