Julia Stiles to Join DEXTER Season 5
Dexter is such a fantastic TV series, it's one of my favorite shows on TV right now. Last season with John Lithgow just blew me away, and the ending of that season was one of the most shocking endings ever for a TV show. I can't wait to see what season 5 has in store for us.
According to EW, Julia Stiles is in advanced talks to play a major role in next season's Dexter. The roll she is playing is being kept under wraps, but it's speculated that she won’t be following in the footsteps of last season’s trinity killer.
Dexter's showrunner Chip Johannessen had this to say,
We’re not going to have a single Big Bad this season. We don’t want to try and top John Lithgow, so we’re going to change up the forces that Dexter’s going to be dealing with.

Season 5 will pick up immediately after the death of Rita, so I don't see Stiles as being a love interest, perhaps she's related to Rita in some way, shape or form? Who knows. If Stiles gets the role it will be the first TV show she's been a part of. I think she would make a great addition to the cast, I just wish I knew who exactly she will be playing.
