MTV recently brought us a great video of Tom Cruise as Les Grossman on the set of Tom Cruise's Risky Business, which was great. Now Cruise is back as Grossman from Tropic Thunder to lash into and advise Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in these new promo ads for the MTV movie awards.
