Photos from the Set of TRANSFORMERS 3

Some photos from the set of Transformers 3 have leaked out online thanks to the folks over at Just Jared. This is our first look at Shia LaBeouf with his new love interest in the film Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. I'm sorry but these two don't belong together. Tyrese Gibson and a big Bazooka are also spotted in the photos. 

Here is a little description of the scene they are filming that some people may consider a Spoiler:

This specific scene had Shia, Rosie and military troops being chased by an evil Decepticon, who tips the building over. For this shot, one floor of an entire office building was built on a giant platform, which tilted at an angle while “tipped over.”

Heres a Description of what you're seeing:

Full scale model of an office building, flanked by two huge hydraulic jacks that lift one end 30 to 40 feet in the air. I guess they are going to have a scene with soldiers in there while it is destroyed and collapses. A moment after this shot, two stuntmen slid down the length of the office floor. Looked like they were wearing uniforms and had weapons.

I’m pretty sure the exterior facade is an exact match of the nearby Horizons office complex (brand new but still vacant), where they will be filming some additional scenes. So I guess they will show that building collapsing. Better than having MySpace move in…

Shot at the former Hughes Aircraft factory lot in “Playa Vista”. That huge building at far left is the hangar where the Spruce Goose was built or assembled.

I'm just happy this is going to be the last Transformers film Michael Bay does. It would be nice if this third film actually had a story, but I won't hold my breath. At first it was all about the special effects and giant robots battling each other, I understood that and I had fun watching the first one. But the second movie sucked and left a bad taste in my mouth, they need to add substance to these films now.
