Kevin Bacon's Villainous Role in X-MEN: FIRST CLASS Revealed?

It was recently confirmed that Kevin Bacon has officially been cast in Matthew Vaughn's X-Men: First Class film as the main villain, but it wasn't revealed who he would play until now. Forces of Geek claim to know what villainous role Bacon will play in the story, and here's what they say,

One of our FOG! Agents from across the pond has revealed that Kevin Bacon's role in the upcoming X-Men: First Class is that of Sebastian Shaw, leader of the Hellfire Club.

How awesome is that!? For those of you who don't know, Shaw is a mutant who possesses the ability to absorb kinetic energy and transform it into raw strength. He's the leader of the New York branch of the Hellfire Club, which has an exclusive secret society bent on world domination, although to the public, he's a legitimate businessman and ordinary human.  although to the public, he's a legitimate businessman and ordinary human. So according to their source Bacon will possibly taking on the role of Sebastian Shaw, which I think is the perfect role for Bacon to play. Since we have no confirmation of this news we will file it away as a believable rumor that I would like to see actually be true.
