DEATHSPANK Sequel to Release in September

Woah, nelly! DeathSpank, the recently released Hothead Games comedic, loot-based RPG, is already getting a sequel. It was announced today on the game’s official website that DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue will be available via the Playstation Network on September 21 for $14.99 and the day after on Xbox Live Arcade for 1,200 Microsoft Spacebucks. The original game released to both platforms approximately two months ago.

The series was originally planned as an episodic affair which appears to be one reason for the expedience in part two’s release. Please, please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and play the original ASAP. It’s brilliant!
