Zombies Vs. Gladiators in Ancient Rome!? Hell Yeah!

According to our friends at bloody-disgusting a new spec script is making it's way around Hollywood called Zombies Vs. Gladiators, and it's described as 300 meets 28 Days Later. The story comes from Greg Ostrin and Michael Weiss, and here's an awesome little description,

The story takes place in ancient Rome where a team of gladiators must fight a horde of vicious zombies. The outbreak spreads and creatures run amok, and it's up to our heroes to save the city.

I love it! This is such an awesome movie concept and I want to see it get made! With all the crap Hollywood is producing these day's I don't know why anyone would turn something like this down.
