New Poster Art for MACHETE from Artists David Choe and Mr. Cartoon

Here's a great collection of movie poster art for the upcoming Robert Rodriguez full-length grindhouse film Machete. 

Two of the pieces were created by Los Angeles based muralist David Choe which includes the image above of a cast compilation in the shape of a machete blade.

Choe found great inspiration in Trejo’s iconic face, and also created a portrait of Trejo, surrounded by some of the blades Machete uses in the film forming what Choe refers to as a “Frida Kahlo lion’s mane.”

Tattoo artist and muralist Mr. Cartoon is a longtime friend of Danny Trejo’s and has also created Machete artwork in honor of his friend.
