SCARY MOVIE 5 Has Been Announced

The last this this world needs is a freakin' fifth Scary Movie, but it actually going to happen. The Weinstein Company recently announced the film on their Facebook page. I really don't care for this horror spoof franchise, but I'm sure it will once again make a decent amount of money, which is why the Weinstein's are moving forward with it. Each film cost under $50 million to produce and they've brought in over $818 million worldwide.

Anne Faris played Cindy Campbell in the first four films, the first of which was made in the year 2000, There's no word on if she'll return to reprise her role, but I don't see why she wouldn't. It's been five years since the fourth movie came out in 2006.

What do you all think about the fct that Scary Movie 5 is going to happen? Are there any fans of this ridiculous franchise that's excited about it?
