BEYOND GOOD & EVIL HD, TORCHLIGHT Coming to Xbox 360

Ubisoft’s Beyond Good & Evil is a title any discerning gaming enthusiast will tell you that you MUST play. For some reason, though, the game never received much attention upon its initial release. That all stands to change with today’s announcement that an HD re-working of it would be released through Xbox Live as part of Microsoft’s “House Party” XBLA promotion.

In addition to BG&E, the PC-hit Torchlight (with a new pet, fresh loot and a console-friendly control scheme), Hard Corps Uprising, Bejeweled Blitz Live, and Full House Poker (Michelle vs. Kimmy? Count me in!) will be released as part of “House Party,” which begins on February 18.

Here’s hoping that BG&E sells well enough to entice Ubi to release the sequel they’ve shown screens from for the past few years.
