New AMAZING SPIDER-MAN promo art leaks online?

Some new promo art for The Amazing Spider-Man appears to have leaked online. The image shows a live-action Spidey swinging from a web, causing many to speculate that it may have been taken from a new theatrical poster or similar promotion material.
