First Trailer for SHAME with Michael Fassbender & Carey Mulligan
The first trailer has been released for the Michael Fassbender and Carey Mulligan film Shame which tells the story of a single man who is addicted to sex in any form as long as it does not involve love or intimacy. The film was directed by Steve McQueen, and it's been getting great reviews from the film festivals that it's been shown at. The movie is being distributed by Fox Searchlight Pictures, and will most likely get a NC-17 rating.
It looks like a pretty heavy emotional drama with a lot of sex.
Here's the Synopsis:
Brandon is a thirty-something man living in New York who is unable to manage his sex life. After his wayward younger sister moves into his apartment, Brandon's world spirals out of control. From director Steve McQueen(Hunger), Shame is a compelling and timely examination of the nature of need, how we live our lives and the experiences that shape us. Stars Michael Fassbender, Carey Mulligan, James Badge Dale and Nicole Beharie.
