Karl Urban set to Star in Action Film OVERDRIVE

Star Trek star Karl Urban has join the cast of a France-set action film called Overdrive. He will be joined by Ben Barnes (TheChroniclesofNarnia) and Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) who is in negotiations to join. Urban and Barnes "will play adventurous siblings who find more trouble than they are looking for in the South of France."

Pierre Morel is producing the film which will be directed by Antonio Negret (Seconds Apart) from a script written by Derek Haas and Michael Brandt. (Wanted and 2 Fast 2 Furious).

Alex Pettyfer,Matthew Goode and Garrett Hedlund were all previously attached to the roles in this film at various points during it's development. I think it landed a pretty solid cast in the end, and filming is set to begin October 29th in Marseilles.
