Fox Picks up RIDERS OF THE STORM Action Pitch

20th Century Fox has picked up the film rights to a action movie pitch called Riders on the Strom. Are you ready for the pitch? "The story follows a sophisticated heist crew that pulls off high-end robberies during severe weather events." 

People are trying to come up with the most ridiculous over the top movie concepts these days, and this sounds like it could be pretty cool. The pitch was old for a cool six-figure rate, and it will be written by Sean O’Keefe. The project actually started as a video game concept developed by Richard Wickcliffe.

In the end this could end up being a really fun high concept movie. What do you think about the concept?
