Warner Bros. searching for MAN OF STEEL sequel writers

Zack Snyder's Man of Steel is one of the most highly-anticipated films on the horizon, and it looks like we a sequel is already in the works. ThinkMcFlyThink reports that the studio is currently putting together a shortlist of writers to pen the sequel. Surprisingly, David S. Goyer, who wrote the current film is not mentioned on the list.

The studios top choice is Steve Kloves (Harry Potter saga, the upcoming Akira and co-writer of The Amazing Spider-Man). The list also includes, Travis Beacham (Clash of the Titans, Pacific Rim), Lawrence Kasdan (Paradise Lost, Raiders of the Lost Ark and Empire Strikes Back). I would be very happy with any of the above being involved in the possible sequel.

Man of Steel arrives in theaters on June 14th and stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, Russell Crowe, Ayelet Zurer, Christopher Meloni, Harry Lennix and Laurence Fishburne.

Who would youl ike to see write the Man of Steel sequel?
