Michael Jackson Estate shopping around Feature Film Biopic

We all knew that we would eventually end up seeing a feature film biopic based on the life of the King of Pop Michael Jackson. The man lived such an incredible life, and it's something the people want to see. 

The Michael Jackson estate wants to be has started down the road of making this biopic happen, and they are currently shopping around the rights to Jackson's help. Variety reports that the executor of the estate John Branca has already approached Ivan Reitman and Tom Pollock’s Montecito Picture Company about the possibility of producing and financing a Jackson biopic. Pollock did confirm that they are now in early talks, but there's nothing solidly in place yet.

It was also revealed that the project would "only cover certain periods of the late singer’s life." I imagine it wont touch on any of the controversy's surrounding the entertainer. Those are things I'm not sure fans wont want to see anyway. This movie will focus on the good times.
