Paul Greengrass to Executive Produce CIA Drama For FOX

Director Paul Greengrass (Bourne Supremacy and Bourne Ultimatum) is making the move to TV for one of his next projects. Deadline reports that he will serve as executive producer on the untitled CIA drama from writer Joe Weisberg (Falling Skies) for 20th Century Fox TV. This is his first time working in TV, who will serve as EP along with Brian Grazer and Weisberg. His deal is currently limited to producting, but Greengrass may direct the pilot if his schedule permits.

The project is described as "a high-stakes character-based drama centering on the young assistants of high-ranking officers in the U.S. Intelligence community. The show takes place within the walls of the CIA, as well as the DIA, NSA, FBI and the intelligence components at the White House."

Greengrass will be a perfect producer for the project. The show sounds good to me, but I am a fan of CIA and spy related dramas. What are your thougths on this news?
