ASIMO, Honda's resident robot of innovation suffered a devastating blow to his character in 2006. After wowing the crowd with the textbook waving gestures and romping around the stage, it was time to bring it home. ASIMO approached the staircase, and the rest is forever embedded in Youtube history.

6 years later ASIMO is back and he's doing far more than we've ever seen a robot, and while it is all entirely impressive, it's also a little shocking. Observe.

Able to communicate, multi-task, run, and understand. Imagine what he's going to be like in another six years. If you are a little worried just repeat the three laws of robotics...and hope it's true.
