GODZILLA Remake to be Written by Max Borenstein

The journey of Legendary Pictures' Godzilla remake continues with the hiring of screenwriter Max Borenstein to work on the script that was previously worked on by The Dark Knight's David Goyer. Borenstein has worked on a couple unreleased films called Art of the Steal, Jimi Hendrix biopic, Jimi, and rewrote the supernatural fantasy The Seventh Son.

It was previously announced that Monsters director Gareth Edwards is set to direct the remake. The film will once again tell the story of giant reptile monster who is the destroyer of cities and the fighter of other giant monsters. I just hope this doesn't turn into another crappy Godzilla movie, because it easily could happen.
