Darren Aronofsky knows a thing or two about directing things that are shocking and drug-related. The Requiem for A Dream director filmed these four public service announcements for the Meth Project. These may not be the same as a granny being given electroshock therapy or someone having their arm cut off, but they are all equally as chilling.
