American History X Director to Direct new Thriller ATTACHMENT
American History X director Tony Kaye could end up directing a new indie thriller for W2 Media called Attachment.
The script for the film was written Christopher Denham, and the story "centers on a married woman's one night stand with a student coming back to haunt her when the lover begins to date her daughter and stalk her family." Don't you hate it when that kind of crap goes down!? I'll just say the married woman should have known better.
I love the film American History X, I think its one of the most powerful films ever made. Unfortunately I haven't seen any of Kayes other films. Such as Detachment with Adrien Brody, a crime drama called Black Water Transit with Laurence Fishburne. I still trust that Kaye is a solid director even though I haven't seen these other films. Maybe this new film will get some better exposure.
This new film sounds like it could be interesting and W2 is looking to start shooting it in spring.
