DARK KNIGHT RISES - Tom Hardy Shows off Back-Breaking Move

Warning... the following information is completely speculative...

The image you see here shows us the move that Bane uses to break Batman's back. The photo is a recreation of one of Bane's most memorable moments pictured below. Obviously Batman isn't included in the picture, it's some poor crew member wearing a fanny pack. 

There's no official confirmation of Batman's back being destroyed by Bane in the movie, but I think with all the stuff that's leaked out on Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises it looks like this back breaking scene could happen. Of course Hardy could have just been messing around when this image was taken, or maybe he was practicing? What do you think?
