Paul Walker set to Star in Fred Durst's PAWN SHOP CHRONICLES

Movie Paul Walker by Joey Paur

Paul Walker has finally landed a new gig that doesn't involve driving fast cars. He's been cast as the main charcter in a new thriller being directed by Fred Durst called Pawn Shop Chronicles. The film was written by Actor-turned-scribe Adam Minarovich, who at one point worked in a pawn shop in North Caroline.

It's one of those movies that will have several interconnecting stories, and it centers on a missing wedding ring which leads to a wild-goose chase involving meth addicts, skinheads and an Elvis impersonator. Well, that's an interesting combination of crazy people.

One of the produces of the film Jordan Schur describes the film like this,

This is a hillbilly Pulp Fiction, fast-moving and action-packed. It's also very funny. It's got all these elements to really pack a punch.

It will be fun to see how this story all plays out. Durst and Walker working together could be a good combination. What do you all think about this film project from what's been revealed?
