I tell ya, Wes Craven and that Twitter account of his is freakin fan friendly big time! The icon loves to share and tease and now he has posted a really cool image of our slasher pal GhostFace and himself sitting behind a monitor on the set of the "reshoots". This is a really cool pic!  Scream 4 slashes its way into theaters on April 15th.
