CBS will Develop new TV Pilot from J.J. Abrams & Jonathan Nolan called PERSON OF INTEREST

CBS is set to develop a new TV pilot from the minds of J.J. Abrams and Jonatha Nolan called Person of Interest.

This is a great team-up of talent, so I'm looking forward to seeing their ideas for this story come to life. Deadline describes the series as a "crime drama centered around an ex-CIA hitman and a scientist who team up to prevent crimes before they happen." Sounds a lot like Steven Spielberg's Minority Report.

Jonathan has worked with his brother Christopher on films such as Memento, Batman, and The Prestige. This is will be his first TV project. Person of Interest is also the second pilot order for Abrams' Bad Robot this year, following the early pickup for Alcatraz at Fox.
