Jackass Director Jeff Tremaine to take on REVENGE OF THE JOCKS

Jackass director Jeff Tremaine is set to direct his first narrative feature film called Revenge of the Jocks. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of talent that has to go into directing a film like Jackass. It's the stunts that sell the movie. I guess with this new film we'll see just how much directing talent Tremaine has.

Revenge of the Jocks is a comedy set up at Warner Bros. and is currently getting a rewrite by I Heart Huckabees scribe Jeff Baena. The script was originally written by Rami and Etan Cohen, and like the title suggests it was inspired by the 1980's comedy Revenge of the Nerds

The story follows "Three men, once popular high school jocks with their glory days behind them, find themselves forced to adapt to a world run by the geek and nerd crowd, some of whom are only too eager to unleash their own tormenting on the new underdog class."

This could be a fun comedy, what do you all think of the premis?
