Bryce Dallas Howard set to direct her first film called THE ORIGINALS

Actress Bryce Dallas Howard (Ron Howard's daughter) isprepping to direct her first feature film called The Originals. The film was written with her writing partner Dane Charbonneau. The actress and soon to be director had this to say about the film:“It’s like a “Breakfast Club” for my generation.”

She turns 30 soon and said she plans to invite some actors her age to be in the film which will be distributed by Imagine/Universal. When asked which actors she had in mind she replied by saying,“So far, I wrote a part for Zoe Saldana. But there are so many good choices out there.”

Bryce stars in the Twilight film series and will be seen next in The Help, which comes out this April. What are your thoughts of this news?
