Thomas Jane joins Sylvester Stallone for HEADSHOT

Thomas Jane will star alongside Sylvester Stallone in Headshot. The film is being directed by Walter Hill from a script written by Alessandro Camon (The Messenger). Smallville's Alfred Gough and Miles Millar are producing. 

Here's the official plot:

Stallone will star as a New Orleans hitman who teams with an NYPD detective (Jane), as they are brought together by two vicious murders. The two proceed to take on all who stand in their way.

Here is what Jane had to say about working with Stallone and about the script, which he calls "fantastic": 

"He's a hitman, I'm a cop, and we're just opposite in every f*cking way, and we need each other to get this job done. And of course I'm like, 'As soon as this job's over, I'm going to take you to jail, you know, you're a killer.'"

This sounds like a perfect role for Jane, whom I loved as The Punisher (shown above). Stallone and Jane together on screen sounds like a great idea and I like the story. Walter Hill is a great director that knows his way around action films, so Headshot is lining up to be an action-packed thrill ride.
