Clips, trailer and photos from THE SAMARITAN starring Samuel L. Jackson

Here is our first look at Samuel L. Jackson in the neo-noir thriller, The Samaritan. David Weaver directed the film, which was shot in Toronto and Rio De Janeiro. Jackson plays "Foley, a grifter trying to escape from his past having spent 20 years in prison. But he gets ensnared in the plans of a young protege and it becomes all too clear to Foley that some wrongs can never be made right." Samaritan also stars Tom Wilkinson, Luke Kirby and Ruth Negga.

At this time it's not known if The Samaritan will go straight-to-DVD or have a theatrical release. Either way, I am interested in seeing this since I am a fan of Jackson. The story sounds pretty cool too. What are your thoughts?
