Elodie Yung in talks to star in G.I. JOE sequel

Elodie Yung is in negotiations to star in Jon Chu's G.I. Joe sequel for Paramount. Lee Byung-hun (Storm Shadow), Ray Park (Snake Eyes) and Channing Tatum (Duke) were the only ones reprising their roles. The French actress would star as a ninja member of the Joe squad named Jinx, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The film is being produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura. It's been reported thatthe sequel will have a bunch of new characters that were'nt seen in the first movie, and Jinx is one. Earlier we reported that Dwayne Johnson is in negotiations to play Roadblock. Yung has starred in the action flick, District 13: Ultimatum, and will be seen next as Rooney Mara's lesbian girlfriend in David Fincher's take on The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
