MONEYBALL Movie Trailer with Brad Pitt & Jonah Hill
Earlier today we show you a sneak peek from Entertainment Tonight for the sports dramady Moneyball. We now have the full trailer for the film, which unfortunately also comes from Entertainment Tonight so it's got all the stupid-ass annoying bells and whistles. Sure I don't mind while the announcers talk over the damn trailer while it playing... just play it and let us watch it in peace. I can honestly say that I hate Entertainment Tonight.
The film is based on a true story that focuses on "Billy Beane (Brad Pitt) and Paul De Podesta (Jonah Hill), the GM and assistant GM that made the 2002 Oakland A’s a highly competitive Major League Baseball team (Beane took them to a AL West Division title) using a modern analytical sabermetrics system, despite having a completely budgeted, low-rent team that were initially the laughing stock of baseball early on in the season."
The film also stars Kathryn Morris, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robin Wright. The film is set to open up on September 23rd 2011. Regardless of all the ET crap this is a solid trailer and the movie looks like it's going to be good, and I don't even like sports. Check out the trailer below and tell us what you think.
