BotCon 2011: TRANSFORMERS PRIME - Interview with Bob Orci, Mike Vogel, Steve Davis, Dave Hartman & Duane Capizzi

If you haven’t been watching the new animated series Transformers Prime yet, then now is the time to start. The series is still in it’s first season, and it’s a pretty awesome show that I think many of you would enjoy. The show has a great voice cast which includes Peter Cullen, Ernie Hudson, and many more. There is also a great talented team behind its development. The show's got a great design, solid storys with nice character story arcs, and it’s darker than many of the the animated shows out there. The series has a great mix of stuff that both kids and adults will enjoy, it will also no doubt make Transformers fans happy. I grew up watching the original 1980’s Transformers series, which I loved, but there are aspects of Transformers Prime that make it superior to the original series, and the films that have been made. 

I recently had the opportunity to attend BotCon 2011, and I was able to sit down with the brains and creative talent behind Transformers Prime including Bob Orci - Executive Producer, Mike Vogel - Head of Development at Hasbro Studios, Steve Davis - President hasbro Studios, Dave Hartman - Supervising Director,  Duane Capizzi - Supervising produer/writer/director. During the interview they pretty much discuss anything and everythng they can about the show.

One of the other bloggers that was there didn’t give anyone time to prepare setting up before he just jumped in and started asking questions, so the video starts right when Orci answers the first question.
