Bruce Campbell confirms EVIL DEAD 4 via tweet!

Yesterday we reported that Evil Dead 4 was headed into production. At the time we did not know if Bruce Campbell was set to reprise the role of Ash in the film. Today we have confirmation from Campbell himself via Tweet: “Believe in the remake, dawg! The project is real. In the works. Cool as hell. Scary as hell.”

Dread Central is reporting that Sam Raimi editor, Bob Murawski (Army of Darkness, Spider-man, Drag Me To Hell), has gone to Detroit to begin work on the the long-plannned fourth installment of the Evil Dead franchise. The film will follow in the previous films footsteps and will be "a small indie thing like the first two."
