PARADISE LOST Will Be Brought to us By Alex Proyas and Bradley Cooper In Motion Capture!

I am really not too sure how to feel about this decision.  I loved what Alex Proyas did with Dark City and I Robot.  I am torn because I am not the biggest fan of motion capture.  I do think that Milton's poem Paradise Lost, which is the story of Archangel Michael's fight against Lucifer, would make for a great movie, and Bradley Cooper has become one of my favorite actors to watch.  However, it has a few negatives to overcome.

Here is what Ausfilm had to say when they broke this news:  

The film is produced by Proyas, Legendary Pictures and Vincent Newman. Legendary’s long-time partner Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute the film worldwide. The film will star Bradley Cooper as Lucifer and is targeted for a late 2013 release.

I also hear rumors that there will be an awesome aerial warfare scenes.  I am on the fence.  Let me know what you think.
