Earlier this week a bootleg trailer for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man hit the net. We didn't post it due to the low quality of the video, but today a official high quality trailer has been released, and this movie looks great! Wow! When Webb was first hired to direct the film, I knew he was going to pull off something special with this movie. I love what I'm seeing in this trailer, it has a much darker mood than what I was expecting, but this very well could end up being a better Spider-Man film than Sam Raimi's films, and I'm a huge fan of Raimi.

The film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Sally Field, Denis Leary and is set to be released on July 3rd 2012. Check out the first trailer for the film below and tell us what you think!
