Kevin Feige talks about THE AVENGERS, Joss Whedon and a BIG Threat

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige briefly talked about The Avengers, what director Joss Whedon is bringing to the story, and gives a big hint on a big threat to the Marvel universe team.

In the latest issue of the Empire magazine, Feige shares his opinion about Joss Whedon sailing the big boat, and teases with a small hint at the threat The Avengers will have to face. Check it out below!

Here he talked about Joss Whedon handling the big cast and the humor he is bringing to the film,

He handles it very well. While I don't think anyone's going to mistake it for a comedy, I do think that the humor that's inherent in most of our movies, and which is inherent on in Joss' work, has found it's way into this"

He also touched on another villain of the film other than Loki saying,

I've never been shy of saying that there needs to be a big threat, and it is a very, very big event that requires all of The Avengers. It's big. IT IS BIG

Now this Big new threat could end up being The Hulk, and invasion by The Skrulls, and it's also been rumored that Thanos will be a main villain in the film as well, maybe that rumor will turn out to be true. Thanos wielded the power of the Infinity Gauntlet, that could be a good fight for the Avengers.

Of course there's the possibility that this could be none of the above, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. What do you think?
