Is this the Batwing in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES?

Earlier we shared a rumor that Batman was likely taking to the skies in a new vehicle for The Dark Knight Rises. Now we have our first look at that vehicle thanks to Batman-News. A picture was snapped of what looks to be a cross between the Tumbler and some type of Hovercraft going into the Wabash Tunnel in Pittsburgh. Could this be our first look at the Batwing?
