Nevertheless Youtube user Creed4545 managed to fandangle a homemade grappling hook launcher that looks like it was McGyvered at a Fallout: New Vegas tool bench...it also looks like it could do some serious damage to papers with Osama Bin Ladens face on it so watch out...check it out below!
