Liv Tyler Offered Lead Role in John Carpenter's THE HELL WITHIN

According to Bloody-Disgusting actress Liv Tyler was offered the lead female role in John Carpenter's new horror film project, The Hell Within. Carpenter is only an executive producer on the project, and Dennison Ramalho is attached to direct. He has really done much, just three short films that I can't find online. But, you can't go wrong with Tyler, she's a solid actress who always does a great job in the films that she stars in. 

The movie was written by Jeff Buhler (The Midnight Meat Train, Insanitarium), and it tells the story of "a woman (Tyler) who goes on a quest into the heart of a Brazilian jungle to save a girl, only to discover that the girl was bait." Making things more complicated for the character. 

Ramalho will shoot the film in the Amazon jungle in Brazil.
