2 New Photos for ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER

Earlier today we posted a new poster and behind the scenes video for Timur Bekmambetov's adaptation of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. We now have two more images from the film to share with all of you. Hopefully we get to see a trailer soon!

The movie stars Benjamin Walker as Abe Lincoln, and the story focuses on the president who, after having his mother murdered by the monsters, is on a quest to rid the world of the evil vampires. The cast also includes Anthony Mackie, Jimmi Simpson, and Mary Elisabeth Winstead.

Here's the Synopsis:

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is a re-imagining of the 16th President's life that depicts him as an axe-throwing, highly accomplished killer of vampires -- an obsession of his since those bloodsuckers supposedly took the life of his mother. Lincoln eventually learns that the vampires have fled to the southern states of the U.S. and are concocting a plan to conquer and enslave the entire country -- this in turn leads to the Civil War between the Union and the Confederacy, the latter of which the vampires are aligned with. 

The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on June 22th, 2012.
