We have an update on Thor 2, thanks to Loki himself. Tom Hiddleston spoke recently with Empire Magazine, and revealed some details about when and where production would start on the sequel. Here is what he had to say:
I have no idea. And without revealing too much, there's a specific skill set you need to be Loki's army - let me know if you have the qualifications. And all I know about Thor 2 is that we're supposed to film it in London in the summer and that it's being directed by Alan Taylor.
Thor 2 is scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 15, 2013. Luckily fans will be able to see Hiddleston as Loki in The Avengers on May 4. I can not think of a better actor to play Loki, and am very excited to see both of these films.
