More STAR TREK 2 Set Photos

Yesterday we shared the first two set photos from J.J. Abrams' Star Trek sequel, which is currently filming. Today we have two new photos that show more of the action, thanks to Comingsoon (via Yahoo). One image that shows Benedict Cumberbatch choking Zachary Quinto (Spock). We also have another picture of Zoe Saldana (Uhura) shooting her phaser at Cumberbatch. 

Do you think this confirms that Cumberbatch is playing the villain?
