David Lynch's Creepy PSA about New York's Rat Infestation

Watch this insanely creepy public service announcement directed by David Lynch called We Care About New York. The PSA was made in 1991 and focuses on how littering is the cause of New York City's rat problem. Lynch used Eraserhead director of photography Frederick Elmes to help him with the project.
