Will This Be the First Poster for THE WOLVERINE?

Here's a photo of a poster supposedly for The Wolverine. Apparently this pic was taken in director James Mangold's (3:10 to Yuma, Girl Interrupted) office where the poster resides. Regardless of the fact that this very well could not be an actual poster used for the movie, it's still an awesome design!

The story will follow Logan, who starts "a forbidden romance with a Japanese woman whose hand in marriage is, unfortunately, promised to another man. Since Logan won't take "no" for an answer, it puts him into battle with her father and her samurai-sword-wielding brothers and Silver Samurai."

Mangold is a solid director, and I'm sure he'll end up giving something that us fanboys and fangirls wil love. It can't possibly be any worse than X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

The Wolverine should be released in theaters on July 26th, 2013. What do you think of the poster?
