Guillermo del Toro's Hatbox Ghost Design for HAUNTED MANSION?

Here's a photo of what could be a concept design for the Hatbox Ghost from Guillermo del Toro's Disney project Haunted Mansion, which is based on the legendary Disneyland theme park attraction. 

The picture you see above was found in the design area of Illusion Industries' website. There's no doubt in my mind that this is a design for the Hatbox Ghost. Haunted Mansion is on a list of projects that Illusion Industries is working on, but AICN states Del Toro could have asked them and several other design FX companies to design something for him to see who he would want working on the film. Or it could have just been a fan-made piece. There's a huge chance that this has nothing to do with the Haunted Mansion movie, but it's still an awesome design, and it looks like something that Del Toro would roll with.

It would be great if this is a design we might see in the film. I'm very excited to see what the imaginative horror director is dreaming up for this film!
