Michael Shannon Is a Badass in This Poster for THE ICEMAN

Michael Shannon is looking tough as nails in this new poster for the awesome sounding hitman thriller The Iceman. Shannon is one of my favorite actors working in movies today, and he's not doing enough! I think he's completely underrated and should have not only been nominated, but won an Oscar for Best Actor for his role in Take Shelter last year. There's no doubt he's going to blow up in this movie. You can watch a clip for it here if you want.

The film tells the true story of notorious contract killer and charming family man Richard Kuklinski, who made more than 200 hits in his career. The movie is based on Anthony Bruno's biography The Iceman: The True Story of a Cold-Blooded Killer, and it stars Chris Evans, Ray Liotta, David Schwimmer, and Winona Ryder. Shannon is playing Kuklinski, and Evans will play his mentor, Robert Pronge.
